At Hanno we use the murky problem-solving concept sometimes called design thinking — using close, almost anthropological, always empathetic, observations of people and behaviours to gain insight into problems that may not be articulated yet.

Our work while not strictly differentiated into disciplines, ranges from creating research and documentation reports, curating narratives for print, space and digital and formulating brand and communication strategies. Our portfolio of projects showcases design and storytelling for exhibitions, museums and print collaterals; brand identity design; and facilitation workshops to articulate organisational and project goals and strategies.
