Solve Ninja

BRANDING AND NARRATIVES FOR A TRIBE OF YOUNG WARRIORS
WORKING ON CIVIC AND ENVIRONMENT ISSUES

“These young people are showing the power that anybody has – they take the initative and have the courage to drive change and make a difference.” – Barack Obama

This statement, made by the Former President during an event in New Delhi, refers to the people and spirit behind Reap Benefit and their initiatives to solve neighbourhood issues by engaging youth. Our task at Hanno was to capture that spirit – we branded this initiative and the tribe of young warriors – Solve Ninja. We asked ourselves what makes the organisation tick, how does it go about its business? We then created a set of Ninja personas and a focussed narrative strategy to reflect the activities of the organisation.

Distilled positioning statements on Reap Benefits products and services help expand its footprint.

The Solve Ninjas are on a mission using tools and skills like community collaboration, grit, empathy, leadership and agency. Building on the concept of multiple intelligences, the personas we created communicate core values to those within and outside the organisation and wield superpowers of the powerful animal personas they acquire.
